Export a change order or a counter claim as PDF

Without an integration with a change management system, you can export a change order or a counter claim as a formal PDF directly from AIMZ.

If you do not have an integration with a change management system, you can export a change order — for example a Change Order Client — or a counter claim as a formal PDF directly from AIMZ, ready to email to the client or subcontractor.

How to do it

  1. Open the change order or counter claim.

  2. Click the Export button in the top right.

  3. Choose what to show, and a template is generated. For a change order to the client, the extension of deadline and any costs are included.

  4. Edit the template if needed, and download it as PDF.

The content can be edited directly and with different formatting. The standard information at the top of the template is taken from the project settings.

Files you have uploaded to the change order are merged into the PDF, so everything is included in the same document. The same flow applies to a counter claim to a subcontractor.
