The budget on a production code does not automatically follow along if you change the code or the budget manually.
Common causes
You have changed the budget directly on the prod. code without linking it to a change order
An approved Change Order Client is not linked to the right prod. code
Estimate lines without a prod. code do not affect the budget
Solution: Go to the production code, click the pencil icon and check that the budget amount is correct. Change orders towards the client revise the budget automatically when they are set to approved and are linked to a prod. code.
