Check the following:
Is the base period set to the correct month/year (when the contract was entered into)?
Has the right index type been selected (typically B7 Total index)?
Is the Payment Plan linked to the right invoice?
Contact AIMZ support via the chat if the calculation is still wrong.
Does an update from Statistics Norway (SSB) overwrite my own future estimates?
No. If you have entered estimated index values for future periods yourself, they are not overwritten when AIMZ fetches new, known figures from SSB.
Note that the reference period of an index (the period the index was created with) affects how estimates are assessed — if an index has no estimates of its own for future periods, the reference period may be used instead.
Why can't I save an index-regulated Payment Plan?
You must first create the index itself (on the Index regulation (LPS) page for the project), and then select the index and base month on the contract. Only once this has been set up on the contract will it be possible to save an index-regulated Payment Plan.
