The dashboard on the home screen can be rebuilt the way you want it, with your own KPI cards and grouped KPI lists. You can have several dashboards for different needs.
How to do it
Click Edit in the top right of the home screen to change an existing dashboard, or add a new one. A new dashboard duplicates the one you're on, so you have a starting point.
Drag the elements to where you want them.
Add KPI cards and choose the variable you want to show. All variables in AIMZ are available, and the information icon explains what each variable is.
Create KPI lists and group the variables — for example into «Income» and «Costs».
If you would rather use a different name for a variable, you can change it (for example «Final Forecast» to «Cost forecast»).
Saving and switching
When you save, you choose the level the dashboard should apply at — project or organisation. The most specific level wins, so a project's own dashboard overrides the organisation's. Read more in At what level is a customization saved?
You'll find all available dashboards in the dropdown menu, so you can switch between setups as needed.
