How do I track one contract when several contracts are on the same production code?

Click the contract inside the production code to see the figures for that contract only: posted, change orders, index regulation (LPS) and counter claims.

When you are on the production code, the panel on the right shows the combined figures for all contracts on the code. If you click a contract, you see the figures for that contract only. There you track what is posted, change orders, index regulation (LPS) and counter claims for that specific subcontractor.

How to do it

  1. Go to Prod. codes and open the production code.

  2. At the top you see the contracts on the code, with name, type and supplier.

  3. Click the contract you want to track.

  4. The panel now shows the figures at contract level: posted (produced) so far, change order work, index regulation (LPS) and counter claims.

  5. Click the production code again to go back to the total for the whole code.

Good to know

  • You don't need one production code per supplier. A code for technical trades can, for example, have one contract for the plumber and one for the electrician, tracked separately.

  • You find the same view under Purchasing. The contract sits «one level below» the production code, so the view is in practice a filter on the contract.

  • The Summaries tab shows which costs actually go into the final forecast.

  • When invoices are linked to the right contract and change order, the final settlement with the subcontractor is always up to date.
