Yes. You can change the cost progression in Setup and Operation at any time, also without closing months. Edit the future months on a single expense item, or click Edit on the whole table to change several expense items at once.
Per expense item
Go to Setup and Operation and open the expense item, for example Scaffolding.
Change the amounts in the future months.
Save.
Several expense items at once
Click Edit above the table in Setup and Operation.
Enter new figures in the cells for the expense items and months you want to change.
Click Save. If you don't want to keep the changes, cancel and nothing is saved.
The workflow in Setup and Operation
Create expense items.
Accrue them.
Adjust the accrual going forward as needed.
Complete months when the posted amount should replace the accrued amount.
Good to know
The Setup and Operation table can also be exported to Excel, for example to share it with someone who doesn't have access to AIMZ.
