How do I compare final forecast and contribution margin (%) across projects?

Go to Portfolio. The table shows all the projects you have access to, with final forecast, budget, contribution margin (%) and variance. Sort on the column you want to compare.

Go to Portfolio in the left menu. All the projects you have access to are in one table, with final forecast, budget, contribution margin (%) and variance. Sort on the column you want to compare, for example contribution margin (%).

How to do it

  1. Click Portfolio in the left menu.

  2. Click the column header Contribution margin (%) to sort the projects from lowest to highest.

  3. Add the columns you need, for example variance to budget, via the column selector in the table.

  4. Click a project to open it and see what drives the numbers.

Good to know

  • The numbers in Portfolio are the same as on Home in each project. If a project is not up to date, the portfolio will be wrong too.

  • Compare contribution margin (%) rather than contribution margin in kroner when the projects are of different sizes.
