  3. Write a short description of what the item concerns.

  4. Click Confirm.

The Expected Addition tab on a production code in AIMZ with two items on the same production code. 1 points to the Add button, 2 to the Production code column where both items are on 6010 – Plumber, and 3 to the Description column with a short description of each item.

Good to know

  • If you enter a new item instead of overwriting the old one, you keep the history. You can see, for example, that extra masonry work came two months later.

  • Negative items can be used to simulate an expected saving.

  • Make sure you do not enter the same deviation twice.
