What is the difference between the tables in the menu and the view inside a production code?

Inside a production code you see only what applies to that code. The tables in the menu show everything across all production codes in the project.

Inside a production code you see only what applies to that code. The tables in the menu, for example Purchasing, Change Order Subcontractor and Expected Addition, show everything across all production codes in the project.

How to use them

  • Go into a production code in Prod. Codes when you want to follow up one code. The tabs General, Estimate, Invoice, Files, Change Orders, Expected Addition and Uncertainty show only what applies to the code, and Overview on the right shows what the final forecast consists of.

  • Use Prod. Codes for the main overview of all codes.

  • Use Purchasing for all subcontractor contracts with supplier, purchased amount and expected final cost.

  • Use Change Order Subcontractor and Change Order Client under Change Order for all change orders in the project.

  • Use Expected Addition and Uncertainty for all such items together.

The page for the production code Plumber. 1 points to the overview tables Purchasing and Change Order in the menu, and 2 to the tabs inside the production code, which show only what applies to the code.

Good to know

  • It is the same data in both places. If you register something on a production code, it also appears in the table in the menu.

  • The tables in the menu can be filtered and grouped, for example by production code or supplier.
