If a site or operations manager only needs to follow up a few trades, you can set up a simplified view: hide the menu, add the relevant production codes as favorites, and filter on them.
How to do it
Add the relevant production codes as favorites by clicking the star next to each prod. code.
Hide the rest of the menu via Customize menu.
Filter or group by the prod. codes the person is responsible for — for example the site setup.
Note: the menu is currently shared across the entire project, so it cannot be set differently per role. The solution is favorites and filtering.
