In Prod. codes you can group the table by Group, so the codes are shown together under, for example, Technical, Setup and Operation and Other goods purchases. You can also filter on a single group, so you only see the part of the project you are responsible for.
How to group the table
Go to Prod. codes.
Click Grouping at the top of the table.
Under Add first level, click Group.
Click Close.
The table now shows one group row per group with the totals for the group. Click the arrow next to a group row to see the production codes under it.
How to filter on a single group
Click the arrow in the header of the Group column in Prod. codes.
Tick the group you want to see, for example Technical. Use Search values to find it quickly.
Click Apply filter. The table now shows only the codes in this group.
Good to know
The filter is saved in the table profile, not in the browser. When Save continuously is on in the profile, the table looks the same the next time you open it, including the filter.
If you see fewer codes than expected, check whether the button at the top shows a filter, for example Filter (1). Click Clear all filters to see all the codes again.
You can only filter on columns that are shown. If the Group column is missing, add it in Edit table layout.
The group is set on the production code, or on import with a separate group column in the Excel file.
Filtering by group is useful for site and operations managers who only follow up parts of the project.
