Save continuously is a setting on the table profile. When it is on, the changes you make to the table, such as sorting, filters, column widths and table layout, are saved in the profile. The table then looks the same the next time you open it. If you turn it off, the profile is locked.
How to turn it on
Click the profile name at the top of the table, for example Profile 1.
Turn on Save continuously.
When Save continuously is off
When the setting is off, the profile is locked. Changes you make to the table, including in Edit table layout, are not saved in the profile even if you press Save layout. To save the changes to a locked profile, click Update locked profile in the profile menu.
Other settings in the profile menu
My profiles and Shared profiles: Switch between your own profiles and profiles colleagues have shared.
New profile: Create a new profile.
Private profile: Only you see the profile. Choose a level and click Share to share it with others.
Default for project: Makes the profile the default view in the project. The profile must be shared first.
Reset and Delete profile: Set the profile back to default, or delete it.
