Why does the change order not give revenue until it is approved?

As long as the lines are set to Notice or Claim, the amount is shown as revenue claim, but Revenue is 0. When the lines are set to Approved, revenue is set equal to the revenue claim, and it goes to the revenue forecast and the contribution margin.

Approve only some lines

If the client only accepts part of the change order, for example the groundwork but not an additional line, set the status line by line instead.
