Yes. Quantity follow-up can be set up as a customized table in collaboration with AIMZ. A common setup is a settlement log with one column per measurement sheet, where you enter quantity and a comment, and columns that automatically calculate total settled quantity and percentage.

What the setup can look like

  • Columns for each measurement sheet, for example measurement sheet 1, 2, 3, where you enter the quantity per period.

  • A comment field per period.

  • Total settled quantity and percentage, which are calculated automatically.

The measurement sheets are numbered instead of being tied to months, so the setup can be reused on other projects. More periods can be added as needed.

How to get started

  1. Describe how you follow up quantities today, ideally with an example from Excel.

  2. Send it to us in the chat, and we will set up the table together with you.

  3. Create a separate table profile for the settlement log, so that the estimate, settlement log and account view can be the same table with different columns.

The Columns panel above a table. 1: Custom columns, where you create your own columns, for example for measurement sheets and settled quantity. 2: Reset.

Alternative

You can also update the total accumulated quantity every month. AIMZ stores the history, so you can see the development month by month in a chart.
