Can revenue automatically follow cost on quantity-adjusted contracts?

Yes, but it requires a dedicated configuration of how the final forecast is calculated. AIMZ sets it up together with you, also for incentive models.

Yes. In a standard design-and-build contract, revenue is fixed and it is the cost forecast you adjust. On quantity-adjusted contracts, typically civil engineering projects under NS 8405 or NS 8406, revenue and cost are linked. AIMZ can be set up so that revenue follows cost, but this requires a dedicated configuration of how the forecast is calculated. AIMZ does this together with you.

Which contract models can be set up?

  • Quantity-adjusted contracts: Revenue is adjusted in line with quantities and costs.

  • Incentive models: Revenue is adjusted against a target sum, and the overrun or underrun is shared according to the agreed model.

  • Collaborative contracts: Certain production codes can be calculated differently from the standard.

How to get it set up

  1. Gather the contract provisions that govern revenue, for example adjustment, target sum and allocation key.

  2. Contact us in the chat and describe the project.

  3. AIMZ creates the configuration for the project together with you.

  4. Check the revenue forecast on the dashboard once the setup is in place.

The project dashboard. 1: Revenue forecast, showing expected revenue. 2: revenue in Cost and revenue development. 3: Contract sum.

Good to know

The goal is for you to eventually be able to choose such setups yourselves. Today they are set up by AIMZ.
