What do I enter under Contract details on a project?

Contract type, contract standard, client, project period, contract value excl. VAT and the contract document. The period and value are used in several places in AIMZ.

Under Contract details, you enter the contract type, contract standard, client, project period, contract value excl. VAT and the contract document itself. The project period is used as the starting point wherever something is distributed over time, and the contract value is the starting point for the revenue side of the project.

The fields

  • Contract type: For example, design and build.

  • Contract standard: Which NS standard the contract is based on.

  • Client: When you start typing, AIMZ suggests customers and suppliers already used in the organization. If the client is not there, it is fetched from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

  • Project period: Tentative start and end. Used as the default when something is distributed over time, for example the billing schedule, and shown at portfolio level.

  • Contract value: The signed sum with the client, excl. VAT.

  • Contract document: Upload the contract itself.

How to open Contract details

  1. Click the organization or department at the top of the left menu.

  2. Hover over the project and click the pencil.

  3. Select Contract details in the left margin.

  4. Fill in the fields and save.

Good to know

The integration settings are normally set automatically. Advanced settings, such as multiple project numbers or accounts to ignore, are found under advanced settings on the project.
