The dashboard can compare figures on two dates, for example the 1st of the month against today. The rightmost column always shows current figures, updated now.

How to read the dashboard

  1. Select the dates in the From / To date field at the top of Home.

  2. The column on the left shows the figures as they were on the first date.

  3. The rightmost column shows the figures as they are now.

  4. The difference between the columns is the development over the period, for example in the current month. The Change field next to the date picker controls whether the change is shown as a percentage.

Home in AIMZ with the card Cost and income development. 1 points to the From / To date picker, 2 to the column for the first date (1 Oct 2026), and 3 to the rightmost column with today's date (3 Oct 2026), which shows current figures. To the right of the columns the change is shown as a percentage.

Good to know

  • The purpose is to show what has changed in the period, not just where the project stands.

  • An increased cost between the dates doesn't necessarily mean an overrun. It may simply be because more purchases have been entered.

  • If you would rather see only current figures, the dashboard can be rebuilt.
