How do I filter a table?

Click the arrow in the column header, choose values or a number rule and click Apply filter. The rules are the same as in Excel.

You filter a table by opening the filter menu in the column header and choosing which values to show, or by setting a number rule. The filter rules are the same as in Excel.

How to do it

  1. Click the arrow in the header of the column you want to filter on, for example Group or Final forecast.

  2. Choose how you want to filter:

    • Select values: Tick the values to show. Use Search values to find a value quickly, or Select all to select all.

    • Number rule: Choose a rule, for example equals, greater than, less than or between, and enter a value.

  3. Click Apply filter.

Filtering on several columns

You can filter on several columns at the same time. The table then shows only the rows that match all the filters.

Filtering out one value

If you want to see everything except one value, open the filter, search for the value and untick it. For numbers you can also use the number rule does not equal.

Good to know

In one column you use either value selection or a number rule. If you set a number rule, it replaces the value selection for the column.
