You group rows by clicking Grouping at the top of the table and adding one or more levels. For example, you can group first on Status and then on Group within each status.
How to do it
Click Grouping at the top of the table.
Under Add first level, click the column you want to group on. Use Find column to search.
If you want more levels, click the next column under Add level 2.
Click Close.
Good to know
The number in parentheses on the button, for example Grouping (2), shows how many levels are active.
Each group row shows the number of rows in parentheses and the totals for the group.
The column you group on is shown in the group row and removed from the table while the grouping is on.
Click the arrow next to a group row to open or close the group.
Click the group row to select all the rows in the group, for example to set the same value on them.
You can combine grouping and filters.
Most people benefit from one or two levels. More levels make the table harder to read.
