How do I hide and show columns in a table?

Choose Hide column in the column menu in Table layout. Bring back hidden columns from the Hidden columns list.

You hide a column in Edit table layout by choosing Hide column in the column menu. You bring hidden columns back from the list of hidden columns.

How to hide a column

  1. Click Table layout at the top of the table.

  2. Open the menu (three dots) in the header of the column you want to hide.

  3. Choose Hide column.

  4. Click Save layout.

How to show a hidden column

  1. Click Table layout.

  2. Click Hidden columns at the bottom of the table. The list shows how many columns are hidden, for example 47 of 62.

  3. Search for the column in Find hidden column, or click it in the list.

  4. Click Save layout.

Good to know

  • If you want to show all columns at once, click Show all at the top of the table layout.

  • You cannot filter on a hidden column. Remove the filter before you hide the column, or show the column again.
