What do I do if the client does not want to use the system?

How to handle a client who does not use AIMZ.

No problem — AIMZ is used internally in your company regardless. The client does not need access.

Register a Change Order Client in AIMZ, export it as PDF, send it by email and set the status to Approved

You export the change order notice as a PDF and send it to the client by email as usual. When you receive approval, you set the status to Approved in AIMZ manually.
