The Liquidity module gives you an overview of the cash flow in the project — both what liquidity looks like today and what it will look like several months ahead. The module has two areas: an overview you read from, and a grid where you control the figures.
The two areas
The overview at the top is a visualization — not meant for working in, but for gaining insight into liquidity throughout the project, broken down into incoming and outgoing payments per category.
The grid is the table below the overview, where you actually work. It holds the entire forecast on the cost and income side, distributed month by month across the project period, and this is where you accrue whatever does not distribute itself.
How to read the overview
Switch between accumulated and monthly view with the toggle at the top.
View either liquidity (default), planned or posted per period.
Change the period by selecting a from–to month — useful on projects spanning several years.
Export the table to Excel when you want to share it with someone who does not have access to AIMZ.
«Planned» and «accrued»
Planned is the name of the view. It shows the accrued amount — that is, the forecast as it is distributed across the months in the grid. When the help center articles talk about an accrued plan, this is what you see in the Planned view.
Much is accrued automatically — such as Setup and Operation and payment plans towards subcontractors — while you control the rest yourself in the grid.
This is what it looks like:
