How do I enter an existing liquidity forecast from Excel?

Costs and revenues already in AIMZ are accrued in the Liquidity grid. Copy the monthly amounts from Excel and paste them into the right line instead of rebuilding the forecast.

You don't need to move the whole Excel sheet into AIMZ. The costs and revenues are already in AIMZ through contracts, change orders, Setup and Operation and the Billing Schedule. What you bring from Excel is how the amounts are distributed across the months. You enter that in the Liquidity grid.

How to do it

  1. Make sure contracts, change orders and the Billing Schedule Client are already in AIMZ.

  2. Go to Liquidity and find the line in the grid, for example a contract.

  3. Copy the monthly amounts for the same line in Excel.

  4. Click the first month on the line in the grid and paste.

  5. Repeat for the lines that are not distributed automatically.

The Liquidity grid. 1: the Purchasing group with the contracts. 2: a month cell where you paste the amounts. 3: Edit.

What is distributed automatically

  • Contracts with a payment plan to the subcontractor.

  • Setup and Operation.

  • The Billing Schedule Client.

You don't need to enter these from Excel. Change the payment plan or the billing schedule instead.
