How do I complete a project?

How to set the status Completed on a project, and filter the project list by status.

You complete a project by setting the status Completed in the project settings. The project and its data are kept — the status is used to separate active and finished projects, and you can filter the project list by it.

How to set the status Completed

  1. Click the project name at the top of the left menu to open the project list.

  2. Hover over the project and click the pencil (Edit). If you are already in the project, you can instead choose Edit project.

  3. Under Project information, click More information.

  4. Select Completed in the Status field.

  5. Click Save.

Note: Do not use the Delete button in the same window to close a project — it deletes the project. Deleting requires the Owner role at organization level (global admin), see What roles are there in AIMZ, and what can each role do? If you want to reopen a project, change the status back to Active in the same way.

Filter the project list by status

  1. Open the project list and click the filter icon to the right of the search field.

  2. Under Status, choose which statuses you want to see — for example only Active to hide completed projects, or only Completed to see finished projects.
