If the integration with the change management system is set up for full automation of changes, all changes are synchronised automatically into AIMZ — including costs and income for the forecast. For example, when an income requirement to the client is approved, AIMZ sets the income equal to the income requirement (approved income).
This is why you cannot edit the income on these changes manually. The information icons next to the income and cost claims on the changes show that they are controlled by the automation.
Want to manage the income yourself?
Turn off the setting for full automation of changes on the project. Changes from the change management system still come in, but you handle them manually in AIMZ — giving you the freedom to adjust income and costs as you see fit.
