Yes. If a project is split across several project numbers in the accounting system, you can combine them in one AIMZ project. Under advanced settings on the project, you add all the project numbers to be fetched. There you can also choose accounts, production codes or financial accounts that should not be included.
How to do it
Open the project settings: click the organization at the top of the left menu, hover over the project and click the pencil.
Go to advanced settings.
Add the project numbers from the accounting system to be combined in the project.
Optionally choose accounts, production codes or financial accounts to ignore.
Save.
When is this useful?
The project is split across several numbers in the accounting system, for example per construction stage or phase.
The project receives costs that do not belong in the follow-up.
