Before start-up, you send the estimate and the production code template or account template to AIMZ, and the files are imported. The integration with the accounting system is preferably set up in advance, so the invoices are ready when you start. The first onboarding typically takes 1–1.5 hours.
What we need from you
The estimate for the project, exported to Excel or CSV, preferably at the lowest level.
The production code template or account template you use.
Information about the accounting system, so the integration can be set up before the onboarding.
If possible, an example of how you follow up the project in Excel today. That way, the production code table can be set up the way you are used to.
How the start-up works
First onboarding: Typically 1–1.5 hours, where we go through the project together.
Follow-up: Weekly follow-up meetings at the start, with training area by area, until the whole solution has been covered.
Projects already in progress: Can also be brought in. We help move projects from Excel or start from scratch.
