How to get started

  1. Contact support and say you want automatic linking of outgoing invoices.

  2. Make sure the billing schedule is updated with all installments.

  3. Check the links under Invoice → Outgoing Invoice regularly.

The Automation page in AIMZ. 1 points to the Automation menu item under Other in the menu, and 2 to the workflow Invoice Matching (Default), where the automations for invoice linking are found.

Good to know

  • If the payment plan changes without the changes being entered in AIMZ, the AI suggestions can become inaccurate.

  • Contract installments, retention and index regulation installments must be linked to the right lines in the billing schedule.

  • When the invoices are linked, they are shown as posted income on Home.
