Can I edit an invoice that has already been processed?

About editing processed invoices.

Yes, you can edit the linking (prod. code, change order or contract) on an invoice even after it has been processed.

  1. Find the invoice under Invoice

  2. Click the invoice number to open the invoice

  3. Make the change and click Save

The invoice amount itself cannot be changed in AIMZ — it is controlled by the accounting system.
