What does the warning triangle next to the production code on an invoice mean?

The warning sign means the production code does not match between AIMZ and the accounting system — here is how to fix it.

A red triangle with an exclamation mark next to the production code (prod. code) means that something does not match between AIMZ and the accounting system. Hover over the triangle to see an info text explaining the cause. The most common causes are:

  • The prod. code on the invoice does not exist in AIMZ.

  • The prod. code in AIMZ differs from the prod. code in the accounting system («System prod. code»).

When the prod. code does not exist in AIMZ

Click the + sign and choose one of the actions:

  • Place the invoice under «Without prod. code».

  • Add a new prod. code directly.

  • Add it to an existing prod. code.

When the prod. code differs from the accounting system

The warning sign is there to tell you about the discrepancy, and it does not go away by itself. Either the prod. code must be changed in the accounting system, or the prod. code in AIMZ must be changed to match. This typically happens after you have switched to a new prod. code plan in AIMZ, before the accounting system has been updated.
