How do I filter the change order overview by status?

Filter the change order table by status to see, for example, only notices, only claims or only approved change orders.

The change order overview gathers notices and actual change orders in one place, with a status on each one. Filter the table by Status to see, for example, only notices, only claims or only approved change orders.

How to do it

  1. Go to Change Order and select the Change Order Sub, Change Order Client or Counter Claim tab.

  2. Open the filter above the table.

  3. Select the status you want to see, for example Notice, Claim or Approved.

  4. If you want the same view next time, save it as a table profile.

The change order overview in the Change Order module. 1: Filter, where you filter by status. 2: the Status column.

Why is this useful?

  • You quickly see which claims are open and which have been settled.

  • For each Change Order Sub you see the cost to the subcontractor, the status and whether there is revenue linked to the change order.

Important

A change order that has been entered but not approved is counted according to the status and amounts set. If you care about the approved budget, you need to distinguish between claims received and what has actually been approved.
