The billing schedule is often entered as a proposal where the full contract sum is distributed evenly over the contract period. You change it in Billing Schedule Client: hover over the name of the schedule, click the pencil and enter production value month by month from your own plan.
How to do it
Go to Billing Schedule Client in the left menu.
Hover over the name of the schedule, at the far left of the row. A pencil icon appears.
Click the pencil. The edit window opens.
Enter Production value month by month. Invoice amount and Withheld amount are calculated from this.
Enter 0 in months you do not know anything about yet.
Save.
Tips
Enter monthly production, not cumulative. AIMZ creates the cumulative view itself.
The schedule can be edited as often as you like, for example when it is revised quarterly or gets new milestones.
There is currently no import of billing schedules from Excel. The figures are entered or pasted manually.
