You reject many invoices at once by filtering the invoices, ticking all in the table header and choosing Bulk edit with status Rejected, or Reject invoice in the action bar. Rejected invoices are removed from follow-up, but can be restored if you change your mind.
How to do it
Go to Invoice.
Filter the relevant invoices, for example by posting period or production code, or use the search field.
Tick the box in the left margin of the table header to select all shown. You can also tick individual lines.
Choose Bulk edit and set status Rejected, or use Reject invoice in the action bar that appears.
When is this useful?
Historical invoices from before the project started using AIMZ, which should not be followed up.
Incorrectly posted or negative outgoing invoices that have been moved between projects in the accounting system.
Important
Do not reject invoices that should actually count towards the project's costs or revenue.
If you are unsure, for example about invoices from an earlier phase that are included in the contract sum, first clarify how the billing schedule should be set up.
If the invoices come from an account series that should never be included, you can instead set the project to ignore that account series.
