No, that isn't possible today. When you complete a month in Setup and Operation with the calendar icon Complete month in the column header, it applies to all expense items. There is also no separate function for lagging costs.
What can you do instead?
Leave the month open until the invoices on the items with lagging costs have arrived, for example payroll or crane.
Adjust the accrual manually on the items where the cost arrives late.
If you have already completed the month, you can move the deviation to the next open month.
How to adjust the accrual
Go to Setup and Operation.
Open the expense item with lagging costs by clicking its name.
In the Cost price estimate tab, move the amount to the month you expect the invoice to be posted.
Save.
Good to know
In closed months, the posted amount applies. If you close too early, the final forecast may become too low on items with lagging costs.
