How do I undo a change in the table?

Press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo and Ctrl+Y to redo, one step at a time.

You undo a change in the table with Ctrl+Z and redo it with Ctrl+Y. On Mac, use Cmd+Z and Cmd+Y. You can also click the undo arrow at the bottom of the table.

How to do it

  1. Press Ctrl+Z to undo the last change.

  2. Press again to go one step further back. Each press undoes one step.

  3. If you undid too much, press Ctrl+Y to redo.

The undo button at the bottom of the table.

Undo a deleted row

If you delete a row, it disappears from the table, and the bottom shows how many rows are deleted. Press Ctrl+Z before you save, and the row comes back.

Discard all changes

If you want to discard everything you have changed since you last saved, click Cancel at the bottom of the table.

How far back can I undo?

You can undo all the changes you have made as long as you stay on the page. If you go to another page, you can no longer undo with Ctrl+Z.
